Maravilla has its own street system, 2 pools, spa, exercise room, tennis courts, shuffleboard & clubhouse.

It's a short drive or walk to some interesting restaurants. The huge Silver Sands Outlet Mall, grocery stores & more are also nearby.

You get a different feeling here. It's not a condo. It's our home.

The community is gated, making it a more private, quiet spot for that special family vacation.

If renting a new beach home with its own yard, palm trees & flowers appeals to you, then this is your spot!

A private, free standing house. You can go out & water the flowers, sit in the front porch rockers with an iced tea & read a good book, BBQ on the back porch.

The home is furnished by the owner (not a resort package) in a bright and airy Bahamas/Caribbean flavor! 

The home was just completed, so you will have the honor of being one our first guests.  Once you experience CoCo Cay, you'll want to come back each vacation!

Many exquisite salt water fish replicas on the walls and the kitchen well stocked for gourmet chefs.

Maravilla owners own the beach access area in front of the complex.

Rentals are for families only; minimum age for renters 25. State & local taxes extra.
